Hi, I’m Jen Grant—storyteller, speaker, coach, and creator of the Wake Up Your Significance™ movement. For over a decade, I’ve helped women reconnect with their worth, rewrite old stories, and lead from a place of deep inner alignment.
I don’t believe in hustle culture or performative power plays. I believe in coming home to yourself. In choosing peace over pressure. And in honoring that whisper inside you that says…
“There’s more for me than this.”
I became very good at being “the good girl.”
As a child, I got straight A’s. I followed the rules. I tried to be helpful and kind and endlessly available, hoping it would be enough to earn love.
In my 20s and early 30s, I took that same survival strategy and made it look like success.
I built a life that looked impressive: degrees, promotions, volunteering, relationships, leadership roles. On paper, I was thriving. Inside, I was performing—always performing.
I was the one everyone came to. The helper. The strong one. The “you’ve got it all together” girl.
But I didn’t feel strong.
I felt tired. Constantly. Like I was always behind and never allowed to rest.
I felt resentful (at myself, mostly) for always saying yes when I wanted to say no.
I felt invisible. Like the real me had been put away somewhere, and even I had forgotten where.
And underneath it all… I felt shame. Because if I was doing everything “right,” why did I still feel so empty?
That’s when it started to crack.
Not all at once. Not in some big, cinematic breakdown.
But in the little moments. The ones where I’d catch myself staring off into space, asking, “Is this really it?”
And one day, I finally whispered something I hadn’t let myself say before:
“I’m done performing. I want to be real now.”
That moment didn’t fix everything. But it cracked something open.
I realized I had spent decades trying to earn something that was never supposed to be earned.
Worth.
Belonging.
Significance.
That day, I didn’t become someone new.
I started remembering who I already was...
At first, the remembering came in quiet moments...
When I gave myself permission to rest without guilt.
When I said “no” without explanation.
When I stopped smiling through what no longer felt true.
It was clumsy. Tender. Sacred.
Like learning how to walk barefoot again after years in someone else’s shoes.
I had to unlearn so many things.
That achievement equals worth.
That selflessness means disappearing.
That being needed is the same as being loved.
Piece by piece, I started letting go.
Of proving.
Of perfecting.
Of performing.
And slowly, I started to feel something I hadn’t felt in years:
Not because life was easy. But because I wasn’t abandoning myself anymore.
And in that sacred unraveling, a deeper clarity emerged...
This wasn’t just about me.
This was a message I was meant to carry.
A remembering I was meant to guide others back to.
Because when a woman stops performing,
she doesn’t just heal herself.
She wakes up her Significance.

Jen facilitating a significance circle — where real truth rises.
Today, I help women do what I had to learn the hard way:
stop performing and start living from their deep, undeniable worth.
I speak. I coach. I create transformational experiences that reconnect women with their voice, their truth, and their power.
My approach isn’t about quick wins or surface-level confidence.
It’s about coming home to yourself—your significance—so you can lead, love, and live from alignment.
Whether I’m on stage, in a 1:1 session, or guiding a room of women through breakthroughs, my mission is the same:
To wake up what’s been waiting inside you all along.
